Administrative Assistant
Summit Christian Academy is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our vibrant school community. In this full-time position, you will play an active role in the day-to-day functions of the school and regularly engage with staff, families, students, and vendors. The right candidate will contribute to the positive culture of our school and share an enthusiasm for our mission to provide high-quality, Christian education in the Salt Lake Valley. In addition to the regular tasks to perform as part of our school’s operational schedule (i.e., open enrollment, workathon, school programs, and fundraisers), there is also ample room for personal and professional growth and development through the support and/or execution of several new programs and initiatives as part of the vision for the school.
Successful candidates are strong written and verbal communicators, detail-oriented, possess great interpersonal skills, adept with technology, resourceful, and organized.
This is a full-time position with benefits provided through the Nevada-Utah Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, including medical, life, and paid time off. Minimum education and experience requirements include a high school diploma and one to five years’ experience with administrative work. Also, must be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in good standing.
