The Ministerial Department exists to enable, ennoble, and enhance Pastors of the Nevada-Utah Conference to perform their ministerial duties with proficiency and efficiency; and to enjoy healthy and wholes come experiences in their person, professional and family relationships.

In addition, the Ministerial Department oversees church planting and evangelism efforts.


The Ministerial Director is assisted by three area coordinators:

  • Northern Nevada Area: Pastor Deirdre Solomon

  • Utah Area: Pastor Adriano Liessi

  • Southern Nevada Area: Pastor Mario Navarro
