If you have questions about the CCPA, please reach out to us at admin@nevadautah.org written request to the address provided below and specify that you want to know what personal information we have about you, that you prefer that we delete your information or if you prefer to be removed from our marketing materials. We may require additional information from you to allow us to verify your identity and are only required to respond to requests once during any calendar year.
