Meet the Speaker

Cindy Mercer currently serves as the Prayer and Women’s Ministries Director for the Oklahoma Conference. A registered nurse for 31 years and the author of Pray Big.

Cindy is passionate about helping women discover the power of prayer in the middle of life’s messiness.

Her story is one of quiet strength and radical faith. When her husband Rick’s life was spiraling into parties, addiction, and brokenness, Cindy chose not to walk away, but to fight for her marriage on her knees. Through prayer and fasting, she became a living example of grace under pressure and the redemptive love of Christ.

Today, Cindy and Rick minister together at a thriving, multi-generational church and K–12 academy in Tulsa, OK. Their testimony of healing and purpose through pain is both practical and powerful, pointing all who hear it back to Jesus
